X-RM system support services are provided between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The support line is manned during normal office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and provides a voicemail service in the event that all of our technical team are busy assisting other clients.
Urgent issues can be reported out of hours by leaving a message on the Technical Support line voicemail service though in the first instance clients are requested to provide as much information as possible through the support ticket system in our Client Portal.
